Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints are very average on the road in cold temperatures

This is good news for the Bills

The Buffalo Bills take on the New Orleans Saints Sunday where Drew Brees and company will look to win their seventh straight game. The temperature in Orchard Park is expected to be in the low 40’s and the Saints don’t play in cold weather very often. Oddly enough, this will be their first game since 2014 where they had to deal with temperatures under 50 degrees.

In 15 games since Drew Brees arrived in 2006, the Saints have gone on the road 15 times to play in cold weather games and have won seven of those matchups. Five of those wins were when they finished the season with 10 or more wins, which looks very likely this season. Oddly enough, when the Saints played on turf, which is what the Bills have at New Era Field, the Saints were 2-4.

The Saints have had one of the best offenses in the league for quite some time and their defense looks revamped. The Bills are going to be in for a battle on Sunday and will look to keep their undefeated record at home in tact.
