Fans of the Buffalo Bills have been told to “Trust the Process” since the beginning of the Sean McDermott era. To this point, official representatives from the Buffalo Bills have not gone on record with any details on what is in “The Process” or how it’s made. Eager fans have been left scratching their heads.

On Monday, following a tough loss, McDermott told the assembled media that “Pain is part of the process.”

But what exactly makes up the rest of this mysterious substance known as “The Process”? McDermott may have let one ingredient of this elusive recipe be known, but pain isn’t the only ingredient and fans are sure to clamor for more.

Earlier this week, our lead investigative journalists at Buffalo Rumblings were able to sneak a hidden camera past security at One Bills Drive. After taking a wrong left turn and finding themselves in a top secret back room in the cafeteria, we were able to get an exclusive picture of “The Process” being made.
