The Buffalo Bills declared four players out for this week’s matchup with the New England Patriots when the Friday edition of the injury report was released. As a result, there weren’t many players to monitor in the lead-up to the game; however, players listed as “questionable” such as Patrick DiMarco and Charles Clay had their respective statuses clarified. Buffalo’s full list of inactive players is as follows:
WR Kelvin Benjamin
For the second consecutive game, Buffalo’s newest outside offensive acquisition will sit. He tore his meniscus on his only catch against the Los Angeles Chargers two weeks ago, yet he was seen running agility drills in practice this week while wearing his helmet. Perhaps he’ll be ready to play next week against the Indianapolis Colts.
RB/FB Mike Tolbert
For the third consecutive game, Tolbert will sit with a hamstring injury. His absence has allowed Travaris Cadet to step up in his place, and truthfully, it would be surprising to see Tolbert reclaim any sort of role in the offense upon his return.
LT Cordy Glenn
Dion Dawkins will once again protect Tyrod Taylor’s blind side, as Glenn continues to be hampered by soreness in his surgically-repaired left foot/ankle area.
G John Miller
A healthy scratch from Weeks 5-10, Miller picked up an injury designation prior to Buffalo’s debacle in Los Angeles. He now has missed three games with an injured ankle.
TE Nick O’Leary
A back injury will prevent Buffalo’s TE2 from taking the field today. Logan Thomas will suit up in his place. Thomas had been a healthy scratch for the last two weeks. Khari Lee serves as the 3rd tight end once again (or, in run-formations, it’s possible that he sees more snaps as a blocker).
CB Shareece Wright
After beginning the year as the team’s fourth corner, Wright struggled mightily as a starter in place of E.J. Gaines. Wright has been a healthy scratch since Gaines returned from injury in Week 11.
T Conor McDermott
The former Patriots’ practice squad player has been a healthy scratch every week as he is clearly at the bottom of the depth chart.

Neither Chris Hogan nor Mike Gillislee will have the chance to beat their former squad today, as both are inactive for New England. Here is their whole inactive list:
