Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor has been carted off the field in the game against the New England Patriots. He was replaced by Nathan Peterman.

Taylor was hurt on the first play of the game, banging his knee, getting up slowly, and limping. He led the team down to the goal line but was intercepted. While CBS continued to show Taylor wincing every now and then, he looked good for most of the rest of the game.

In the fourth quarter, down 23-3, Taylor threw a pass on 3rd down as was taken to the ground. He came up in obvious pain, went to the sideline, and never made it to the observation tent. He was carted off the field with a towel over his head.

Peterman replaces Taylor in the game after throwing five interceptions two weeks ago in his first half of the Bills’ game against the Los Angeles Chargers. Peterman will get his shot at least for the rest of the game today it would appear.
