Team USA’s uniforms for the World Juniors outdoor game at New Era Field this December pay homage to the Buffalo Bills.
Buffalo will host the 2018 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships from December 26, 2017 to January 5, 2018 with one game between Team USA and Team Canada taking place on the Buffalo Bills’ New Era Field on December 29th.
Here’s a look at the jerseys in GIF form via Tom Martin of WIVB:

The atmosphere at that game will certainly be electric, as the Under-20 World Junior hockey tournament is one of the most highly anticipated hockey tournaments in the world every year.
Team USA beat Team Canada 5-4 in a shootout for the gold medal in an incredibly exciting game inside the Bell Center in Montreal.
Here’s another picture of the uniforms, this time in non-GIF form from Jourdan LaBarber, the Sabres content marking coordinator.
These uniforms are gorgeous.
