Defense has dominated the Buffalo Bills first preseason game as the offenses have struggled with pass protection. Eddie Yarbrough and Jerry Hughes both earned sacks, essentially killing any offensive momentum by the Minnesota Vikings. Tyrod Taylor came up gimpy after being sacked by Everson Griffin, but came back on the field for the next drive.
With the Bills starters off the field, it’s time for the Bills second team to shine. Intriguing players expected to see playing time this period includes:
- Training camp offensive darling, wide receiver Rod Streater.
- 2016 second round pick, linebacker Reggie Ragland.
- 2017 second round pick, offensive tackle Dion Dawkins.
- Other 2017 second round pick, wide receiver Zay Jones.
- Tight end convert Logan Thomas.
- Water park enthusiast and expected primary backup defensive tackle, Adolphus Washington.
As always, try to keep the conversation civil, those of you who can’t watch the game follow along on Twitter, and – most of all - pray for no injuries!
