There is some positive news on the injury front for the Buffalo Bills today, as left tackle Cordy Glenn will return to full practice participation today. Also returning to practice for the Bills are safety Micah Hyde and defensive end Shaq Lawson.
Glenn’s injury is still considered a day-to-day injury, according to head coach Sean McDermott. The team wants to see how Glenn reacts to practice today, so it is an important step towards finding out whether the Bills’ starting blindside protector will be able to play in the team’s preseason opener on August 10.
Both Lawson and Hyde will participate in a limited capacity. Hyde was injured while making a diving interception during practice on August 2. Lawson left Friday’s practice early with a groin injury.
Reserve tight end Keith Towbridge was in a walking boot with crutches, according to WGR’s Sal Capaccio. He is obviously out for the time being. Also missing today’s practice is defensive end Ryan Davis, who sustained a concussion during Friday night’s practice. Timelines on both players’ returns are unknown.
