The Buffalo Bills are sending chicken wings to the Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals came through, now the Bills are for them.

The Buffalo Bills are in the 2017 NFL playoffs thanks in large part to the Cincinnati Bengals’ win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. To thank the Bengals for knocking out the Ravens, the Bills are sending a very special Buffalo thank you note to the Bengals as a thank you; chicken wings.

“After we handled business in Miami, we needed you, and you came through bigtime. On behalf of this team, the people of the city of Buffalo, and Bills fans around the world, thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU!” says the note.

“Wings on us. (No, really, we’re sending wings,)” finishes the note.

The only way Buffalo could get into the playoffs was with a win over Miami and a loss by the Baltimore Ravens. After Buffalo’s game had finished, fans, players, and coaches gathered around TV and phone screens to watch the end of the game pitting the Ravens against the Bengals. On 4th and 12, Andy Dalton found Tyler Boyd who didn’t just catch the ball for the first down, he juked his man and dodged a tackle all the way to the house for the improbable upset.

Can we send extra blue cheese for Dalton and Boyd?
