Saturday NFL Wild Card playoff games open thread

The Chiefs and Titans face off in the AFC game this afternoon.

The NFL playoffs kick off this weekend at 4:35 p.m. Eastern on Saturday when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Tennessee Titans at Arrowhead Stadium. The Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers are the only two teams to beat the Chiefs at Arrowhead this year.

The winner of the AFC game won’t know their opponent for next week until after the Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars game is finished on Sunday. The lowest remaining seed with travel to face the number one seed so if Buffalo wins, the Bills head to New England and the winner of the Titans/Chiefs game would head to Pittsburgh. If the Bills lose, the winner of the Titans/Chiefs game would travel to New England.

Following the afternoon tilt, the Atlanta Falcons head to the West Coast to take on the Los Angeles Rams in a star-studded primetime game. Buffalo also beat the Falcons in Atlanta this year. It is the first Rams playoff game in L.A. in 40 years.

As Bills fans watch their first playoff game in nearly 18 years this weekend, there is additional reason to watch these games today. Celebrate it, Bills fans.
