ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown came to Buffalo and held a tailgate party outside of New Era Field before the Buffalo Bills’ game against the New England Patriots on Monday Night Football. With the amazing wing places available, ESPN chose....
Applebee’s.
Boneless wings.
Horrifying.
#Bills fans were probably making the same face as @CharlesWoodson during that Applebee’s boneless wing segment. pic.twitter.com/IV5GmUVVLd

#MNF comes to Buffalo and samples wings from... Applebee’s? You serious, Clark? #Bills pic.twitter.com/n6GAnqLZB1

Applebee’s is, of course, a California company trolling out glorified chicken nuggets as “wings”. Send these people back to their Connecticut cocoon with the (chicken) blood money they surely received for this product placement.
It reminds me of one doofus, whose taste in local food is unrivaled. Michael Scott, Regional Manager of paper company Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch, loves his trips to New York City for his favorite slice of pizza.
Use the comments section below to list your favorite local places, please. Duff’s and Anchor Bar are the touristy places, Gabriel’s Gate often tops list, and the nearby Big Tree Inn surely would have been able to help out.
No word yet on if they used ranch or blue cheese.
Shame, ESPN.
