On Friday, the NFL announced which teams would be awarded compensatory draft picks for the loss of free agents the previous year. The Buffalo Bills weren’t given any extra picks, so now their draft order is official barring any trading of picks in the weeks to come.
After trading quarterback Tyrod Taylor to the Cleveland Browns, the Bills will have a total of nine picks in the 2018 NFL Draft. All of the team’s picks will come in the first five rounds. Here’s a breakdown of where the team will pick this year.
ROUND 1
The Bills will have two consecutive picks in the first round at 21st and 22nd overall.
ROUND 2
The Bills will also have two picks in the second round at 53rd and 56th overall
ROUND 3
Buffalo now has two picks in the third round, numbers 65 and 96 overall
ROUND 4
Their only 4th round pick will be at 121st overall
ROUND 5
The teams final two draft picks will come in the 5th round at 158th and 166th overall.
