NFL schedule leaks are starting to roll in. A few things we know is that the start times for primetime games are moving up slightly, per the NFL. We also know that it will be a full slate of divisional games in Week 17. A whole bunch of rumors and leaks are flying around and we are only giving you info from sources we consider reliable.
Boston-area radio host Marc Bertrand reported a schedule leak via Twitter indicating the Buffalo Bills will host at least one primetime game during the 2018 NFL regular season. Per Bertrand, the Bills will host the division rival New England Patriots on Monday Night Football October 29th. WGR 550’s Mike Schopp took it a step further, saying it’s the only primetime game for Buffalo this season.
This would be big news for Bills fans who have had rare opportunity to attend night games, let alone the marquee weekly match up. It’s been ten years since the Bills hosted a game on Monday night, losing to the Cleveland Browns on November 14th, 2008. The Browns squeaked out a 29-27 victory over the Bills.
Other rumors have also started to come in, too:
Week 1
It won’t be the Houston Texans, New England Patriots, Detroit Lions, or New York Jets per reports. No Bears or Packers, either. It won’t be the Jaguars. Miami and Tennessee are out. That leaves just Indianapolis, Minnesota, Baltimore, or the Chargers.
It’s the Ravens. Buffalo’s season almost ended at their hands a year ago and now they play in Baltimore to open the year.
Week 4
Buffalo is heading to Green Bay to end September.
Week 8
MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL IN ORCHARD PARK!!!! Buffalo to host the New England Patriots.
Week 9
Mike Schopp reported it’s the Bills hosting the Bears, presumable at 1 p.m. Eastern
Week 10
The New York Post reportedly has the entire 2018 schedule for the New York Jets, which would include two games against the Bills. Per their report, Buffalo will travel to New Jersey on November 11th. The Bills will host the Jets on Sunday, December 9th. Both games are set at 1:00pm.
Week 13
The Bills will head to Miami to take on the Dolphins.
Week 14
Jets at Bills, per New York Post.
Week 16
Buffalo gets to have another potentially sad Christmas after traveling to New England on December 23rd.
Week 17
Since the Jets and Patriots are playing in Week 17, Buffalo will play the Miami Dolphins. Apparently, this will be a game in Buffalo unlike last year’s finale in Miami.
We’ll keep you updated as more leaks and rumors surface.
