When the Buffalo Bills drafted Dion Dawkins in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft, many expected him to have some impact on the field during his rookie season. Now as Dawkins enters his second season, he realizes that he has to step up as a leader with the absence of Eric Wood and Richie Incognito on the field.
