Vote for the play that defined the Buffalo Bills’ 2017 season: Semifinals

Only one more step before the Championship!

Do you feel that tingle? That’s called “anticipation.” It’s the semifinals in our quest to define the Buffalo Bills’ 2017 season with a single play! We’ve taken our original field of 16 plays and whittled it down to four worthy competitors. Which home game and which away game will have the privilege of competing for the right to be called the defining moment of 2017?

For any newcomers, the rules are simple. In the two match-ups below vote for the play that you feel best defines the drought ending, electrifying 2017 season of the Buffalo Bills.

Matchup one

Oakland Raiders

Story: Straight up owning the other team. The Bills’ defense made a lot of opportunities for themselves with sound tackling and swarming to the ball. Matt Milano makes the best of this “right place at the right time” situation, helping the Bills to their most dominant performance of the year.

vs.

Indianapolis Colts

Story: We needed a miracle. And we got one. Joe Webb had tossed two completions at this point in the game. Sadly one was to the Colts (which resulted in more yards than the one to the Bills). With the season on the line Webb and Deonte Thompson come through big time with this miraculous 34 yard play.

Matchup two

Atlanta Falcons

Story: The Bills caught a lot of breaks. Tre’Davious White scooped this loose ball off the turf and ran all the way to pay dirt on a fumble that every Bills fan knew was coming back. But then it didn’t. Two turnovers that could have have been called either way broke in favor of the Bills and helped take down the reigning NFC Champion.

vs.

Miami Dolphins

Story: Pure emotion. Though the Bills were taking care of their own business, a couple cards would still have to fall their way. Unable to know if their own game would even matter in the end, the Bills’ coaching staff dialed up the ultimate play in The Process playbook. Longtime fan favorite and locker room leader Kyle Williams was handed the ball.
