Buffalo Bills injury report, Preseason Week 3 vs. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bills are down a few starters this week.

The Buffalo Bills took the field on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals but they did it without a few of their starters. Veteran defensive tackle Kyle Williams was hurt in the last preseason game, and we knew he wasn’t going to play, but he wasn’t the only one.

Left tackle Dion Dawkins is also out with a hip injury he suffered this week. Veteran Marshall Newhouse is starting in his place, which should tell you everything you need about his Newhouse’s roster status moving forward.

Also on the sideline is running back LeSean McCoy. McCoy was dealing with a groin injury this week but it’s not expected to be serious. Chris Ivory got the start by Marcus Murphy mixed in with the starters, too.

On the defensive line, Trent Murphy remains out with his groin injury. He was replaced by Shaq Lawson. Rookie Harrison Phillips was in to replace Williams.
