The Buffalo Bills have struggled in the first half against the Cincinnati Bengals on both sides of the ball. Offensively, the line has struggled to keep Josh Allen upright and have been dominated the majority of the half. The Bills offense allowed five sacks in the first half and the defense allowed a 59-yard touchdown on the first play.
Nathan Peterman had to come in early after Josh Allen entered the concussion protocol behind that troublesome o-line. Peterman and company have their work cut out for them to get the Bills back into the game for a chance to win. With the quarterback battle still up in the air, the second half could be a chance for Peterman to solidify himself as the starter for the regular season.
