The Buffalo Bills are on to Washington after their 31-13 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, and the team turned in their first injury report of the week on Wednesday. Two starters, Levi Wallace and Cody Ford, were limited in practice that day.
Wallace (shoulder) left the game in the second half against the Eagles. Ford (elbow) hurt himself in the fourth quarter. If either player improves over the next few days, playing on Sunday isn’t out of the question.
Also limited in practice was reserve safety Kurt Coleman (hamstring), who missed last week’s game with the injury. Backup linebacker Maurice Alexander (knee), who filled in for Milano during that player’s hamstring recovery, was a non-participant on Wednesday.
In encouraging news, the lingering injuries for a few players have cleared up. Milano (hamstring) was a full participant on Wednesday, along with linebacker Corey Thompson (ankle), who seems fully recovered from his midseason surgery. The team could use full strength at the position, given the recent issues with run fits on the field.
