Buffalo Bills fans are less confident this week after their team’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles last Sunday. That’s to be expected, but it wasn’t a huge drop off as most recognize it’s okay to have a bad game and be beaten by a talented team.

After a slight drop following the team’s narrow win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 7, fan confidence fell to 66% after Week 8, the lowest confidence rating since during the 2018 season. Just three weeks ago, Bills fans were confident at a rate of 91% but a quarter of respondents have flipped from confident to not confident in the intervening weeks.
Despite being all the way down to 66%, that’s tied for 11th-most confidence among the NFL blogs in SB Nation. Oakland Raiders fans are also at 66%. Fans of the New Orleans Saints (100%) and the San Francisco 49ers (99%) lead the pack with the Baltimore Ravens (97%) just behind.
Will beating a struggling Washington team move the needle? Will a loss crater fan confidence? It couldn’t get worse than Washington fans, who have 0% of their respondents confident in the direction of the team.
