Buffalo Bills rule Shaq Lawson, Andre Roberts out of season finale

Two injured Bills out, a third is questionable.

The Buffalo Bills have ruled two players out of their regular-season finale due to injury in their final pre-game injury report. Andre Roberts (foot) will miss another chance to play against his old team, the New York Jets, and Shaq Lawson (hamstring) won’t be able to finish his first full 16-game season. Both players did not practice all week, but hopefully their absence helps them heal up for the playoffs.

Mitch Morse (ankle), who couldn’t finish last week’s game, was a full participant in every practice. He wasn’t given an injury designation.

Ty Nsekhe (ankle) is finally trending upward. On Thursday he emerged from the trainer’s room for the first time, and he was a limited participant in the final two practice sessions. The team listed him as “questionable” on Friday’s injury report—a sign that he could be ready to return when the Bills play in the Wild Card round next weekend (with an outside shot to play this Sunday).

The Jets have several starters listed as questionable for Sunday’s game. The full list of questionable Jets:

  • S Jamal Adams
  • DE Henry Anderson
  • WR Robby Anderson
  • OT Kelvin Beachum
  • DT Steve McLendon
  • CB Brian Poole
