Buffalo Bills fan confidence soars after nationally-televised Thanksgiving win

Bills fans are pumped.

Buffalo Bills fans are pumped. In our weekly Fanpulse poll, Bills fans reached heights they have never touched in the history of our survey following the big, nationally-televised win on Thanksgiving over the Dallas Cowboys.

In total, 93% of Bills fans surveyed were confident about the direction of the team. That beats previous high-water marks of 91% following the win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 6 and the bye week the following Sunday when the team was 4-1.

Bills fans are the third-most confident group in the league behind Baltimore Ravens fans (100%) and San Francisco 49ers fans (99%). A Bills win over the Ravens on Sunday would likely be enough for Buffalo to ascend to the top spot, especially if the New England Patriots lose and the Bills once again control their own destiny.

Elsewhere around the AFC playoff picture, New England Patriots fans fell from 91% to 42%. The Kansas City Chiefs inched up from 75% to 82%. In the AFC South, the Tennessee Titans are up from the 60s to 75% and Houston Texans jumped up from 31% to 70% following their win over the Patriots. Pittsburgh Steelers fans continue to fluctuate and land at 75% this week. Oakland Raiders fans dropped to 45% following their latest loss.

At the bottom of the rankings is a four-way tie between fans of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Washington, Atlanta Falcons, and the Philadelphia Eagles.
