Buffalo Bills rank third-most with players over 30

With 13 players over the age of 30, Buffalo trails only New England and Atlanta

The Buffalo Bills have one of the oldest rosters in the NFL, with 13 players over the age of 30.

Currently, the Bills have the following players on the roster who are over the age of 30: running backs LeSean McCoy (30) and Frank Gore (36), fullback Patrick DiMarco (30), wide receiver Cole Beasley (30), special-teams standout Andre Roberts (31), tight end Lee Smith (31), offensive tackle Ty Nsekhe (33), guard Vladimir Ducasse (31), defensive end Jerry Hughes (30), defensive tackle Star Lotulelei (30 in December), linebacker Lorenzo Alexander (35), safety Rafael Bush (32), and placekicker Stephen Hauschka (33).

The Bills trail only the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots (15) and Atlanta Falcons (14) in number of players over the age of 30 according to this list from Jimmy Kempski of The Philly Voice.

Buffalo is followed by the Carolina Panthers (12) and Washington Redskins (12) to round out the top five oldest rosters.

The rosters with the fewest players over the age of 30: the Cleveland Browns (3), Jacksonville Jaguars (3), Dallas Cowboys (4), Kansas City Chiefs (4), Miami Dolphins (4), and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4).
