Buffalo Bills announce dates for joint practices with Carolina Panthers

Two more opportunities to see the Bills at camp this summer.

The Buffalo Bills have announced the dates and times for their two joint practices with the Carolina Panthers during this summer’s training camp. The team will have open practices on Tuesday, August 13th and Wednesday, August 14th, both at 9:25 am. The practices will take place at Wofford College, in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Those joint practices will happen in the lead-up to Buffalo’s game at the Panthers on Friday, August 16th. It’s also the last opportunity to see the Bills in a live practice setting, since the final open practice at St. John Fisher College will be Tuesday, August 6th.

This ultimately gives the Bills 11 open practice session in 2019’s training camp, with only nine of those sessions taking place in New York. It’s down from 12 in 2018’s training camp, and from 21 open practices during the 2014 season.

On the bright side, at least the Bills are opening their training camp at all. The Philadelphia Eagles only have a single open practice this year, and it costs $10 to attend.
