Big Picture AFC East -- The Bills are in an enviable/crazy spot

I'm typing this minutes after the win over the Bengals. It went about as I expected -- the Bills are decent-to-good team on the improve.

Now to my topic.

I can't remember a time when a young, emerging, decent-to-good team was surrounded in its division by a potential Super Bowl champion who might go unbeaten (c'mon KC, don't let that happen), and two dreadful teams that I think are embracing tanking.

I don't care how many draft choices the Dolphins have, they won't be competitive for a while. And while the Jets have Darnold and Bell, the rest of the overall roster is poor. I think both teams are multiple years away from reaching the playoffs.

I like the fact that the Bills will be best suited to pounce when Brady retires.

Here's hoping for a Wild Card berth this year, and for several AFC East titles over the course of the next decade.

Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.
