It’s become a daily habit to check in with the Tennessee Titans to see if and how many new COVID-19 results they have each day. Well today was a good day as no new coronavirus cases were reported by the club at the epicenter of the NFL’s largest outbreak.
The Buffalo Bills will face the Titans on Tuesday night in a rescheduled game. Tennessee held their first practice in nearly two weeks Sunday with additional safety measures in place.
On Sunday, the 24th member of the team tested positive for the coronavirus as the organization did a terrible job of following the NFL’s COVID-19 protocols. Players and staff in close proximity, practices held away from the facility after the organization was told to shut down and quarantine, and more breaches are sure to draw a major penalty from the NFL and have put the season on the brink of major changes.
Here is the full list of players who were on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. If they’ve returned to their normal roster spot, it’s been noted:
- WR Corey Davis
- WR Adam Humphries
- DE Jeffery Simmons
- CB Kristian Fulton
- OL Kamalei Correa
- DL DaQuan Jones (Back on the active roster)
- LS Beau Brinkley (Back on the active roster)
- FB Khari Blasingame
- TE MyCole Pruitt
- OT Isaiah Wilson (Back on the active roster)
- CB Greg Mabin (practice squad) (Back on the practice squad roster)
- CB Breon Borders (practice squad)
- WR Cameron Batson (practice squad)
As a result of the COVID results, the Buffalo Bills’ game against the Titans was moved from Sunday to Tuesday night, which resulted in the postponement of the Bills’ game against the Kansas City Chiefs from Thursday to Monday night.
