Fans of exciting up-and-coming quarterbacks will (hopefully) get to see a fast-paced offensive showdown when Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills (4-1) welcome Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs (4-1) to Bills Stadium for a showdown at 5 p.m. EDT Monday.

In today’s edition of the Bills daily links, we preview what could be the start of the NFL’s next great QB rivalry in Allen vs. Mahomes—a pair of mobile, big-armed quarterbacks.

We assess what Buffalo’s much-maligned defense will need to do to bounce back following Week 5’s disappointing loss to the Tennessee Titans, hear from Buffalo center Mitch Morse on what the Bills are expecting to see from Kansas City’s high-octane offense, offer up the key positional battles to watch in this showdown of first-place teams, and discuss the good news on the injury front as All-Pro cornerback Tre’Davious White, linebacker Matt Milano, and wide receiver John Brown were all full participants on Friday.
