Bills vs Raiders: Matt Milano questionable to return with pectoral injury

Buffalo Bills linebacker Matt Milano exited the game against the Las Vegas Raiders in early in the fourth quarter with what is being reported as a pectoral injury. He exited the game after making a tackle and was immediately attended to by trainers on the sideline.

He’s been replaced by Tyrel Dodson, who is in for AJ Klein, per The Athletic’s Joe Buscaglia. Dodson had a tumultuous rookie year, and has been serviceable in his second year, tallying 10 tackles and one sack so far this season.

Milano has been the Bills best linebacker in pass coverage through four games, and is going to remain a pivotal part of the defense throughout the season as long as he can remain healthy. He’s already missed a bit of time due to injury, including week two after tweaking his hamstring in the team’s week one matchup against the Jets. Hopefully, this injury is unrelated and less severe.
