During their bye week this weekend, the Arizona Cardinals had two players test positive for COVID-19 per Mike Garafolo. The Cardinals host the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills in back-to-back weeks, meaning the absence of the players could impact the race for the AFC East crown.
Because the Cardinals weren’t required to report over the weekend, we still don’t know the names of the players to be placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list but we should have names Monday.
Buffalo’s game against the Tennessee Titans was impacted by multiple players on that team testing positive for the coronavirus. That game was subsequently moved back from Sunday to Tuesday, necessitating the postponement of Buffalo’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Hopefully, this game will be able to be played as normal on November 15th.
The infected players could miss the game against Miami and still return to play the Bills. We won’t know that until November 14th.
Buffalo hosts the Seattle Seahawks this week in another inter-conference game.
