Buffalo Bills CB Josh Norman is back from the Reserve/COVID-19 list

A welcome sight.

The Buffalo Bills have activated cornerback Josh Norman from the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Norman was placed on the list earlier this month after testing positive for the coronavirus.

It’s been a down year for Norman, who had dealt with hamstring injuries prior to the COVID diagnosis. He has only appeared in three games in 2020 but has been steady in those appearances.

The Bills have been banged up at cornerback so getting back Norman will be a welcome addition. Tre’Davious White has been steadily on the injury report with a back injury. Levi Wallace missed time and was placed on injured reserve with an ankle injury. Cam Lewis is on injured reserve with a wrist injury. They’ve been forced to use practice squad call-ups Dane Jackson and Daryl Worley in recent weeks.

With Norman returning to the active roster, the only player remaining on Buffalo’s COVID-19 list is tight end Tommy Sweeney, who will spend the rest of the year on the list with COVID-19-related myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart.
