Buffalo Bills inactives, Week 15: no real surprises this week

The Bills went chalk for their inactive list

The Buffalo Bills enter their Week 15 game against the Denver Broncos largely healthy, which is a great place to be as the season’s end draws near. Only one player was ruled out prior to today, so the rest of the team’s scratches today are of the healthy variety.

Which players are inactive this week? Here is Buffalo’s entire list.

QB Jake Fromm

Buffalo’s COVID-19 emergency quarterback still doesn’t need to be used. Perhaps the team will have a situation where they can give him some reps in Week 17? Only time will tell.

RB T.J. Yeldon

With Devin Singletary and Zack Moss healthy, Yeldon remains inactive. He’s a sound veteran insurance policy.

TE Tyler Kroft

This one was up in the air given Lee Smith’s limited practice week due to a knee injury, but Kroft is out once again and Smith will play.

OL Jonotthan Harrison

So the Bills elevated Harrison from the practice squad...just to deactivate him. I’ll have to look into whether this could be to prevent another team from poaching him this week. In any case, Harrison is a healthy scratch.

DE Trent Murphy

Same old, same old for the well-paid veteran, who has ceded his spot on the gameday roster to rookie A.J. Epenesa.

S Jaquan Johnson

The young safety will miss his second straight game thanks to an ankle injury.
