When it comes to mock drafts, I find myself in a similar situation as many fans of the Buffalo Bills. Defensive end and wide receiver appear to be the team’s biggest needs, and I often assume that mock drafts will address one of the two positions with pick 22. While that is the case in the majority of this week’s mocks, there are two examples below that have the Bills selecting a safety.
The Bills boast one of the most dynamic safety tandems in the league with Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer, so these picks might come as a surprise to some. With Poyer entering the final year of his contract, maybe general manager Brandon Beane would consider taking a safety in the first round.
