With the second wave of free agency underway, there is still plenty to discuss around the offseason for the Buffalo Bills. I am joined in the latest episode of Breaking Buffalo Rumblings by Matt Parrino, beat reporter from NewYorkUpstate.com.

There’s plenty to discuss this week including the Bills’ moves in free agency, the trade for wide receiver Stefon Diggs, and a preview of the 2020 NFL Draft. We also discussed Matt’s latest mock draft, and some of the top options that could be available at pick 54.
