On the latest episode of the Billieve Podcast, host John Boccacino and co-host Jamie D’Amico discuss the upcoming NFL Draft, T.J. Yeldon’s fit in the offense, and which veterans might be offseason cap casualties.
The Buffalo Bills currently have seven selections in the NFL Draft, beginning with pick No. 54 in the second round. Thanks to a productive start to the offseason, Buffalo has addressed some of its most glaring weaknesses. We discuss which positions the Bills go after with their picks. One hint: while a running back has been a popular selection for the team with pick No. 54, both Boccacino and D’Amico agree the team should look elsewhere with its second-round pick.
Speaking of running backs, Boccacino and D’Amico analyze Yeldon and offer up their thoughts on whether he has shown enough to be the team’s RB2 behind Devin Singletary.
They also identify six veterans who could find themselves released as a cap casualty this offseason.
