IT IS FINALLY TIME, BUFFALO BILLS FANS! It’s time for the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft, and while the team sat out the first round thanks to their offseason trade with the Minnesota Vikings for wide receiver Stefon Diggs, the Bills are scheduled to have two picks tonight:
- Round 2, pick 54 overall (A.J. Epenesa DE Iowa)
- Round 3, pick 86 overall
If the past is any indication, general manager Brandon Bean will have an itchy trigger finger and move up in the second round to get the player he wants. He has traded his second-round pick to move up in both 2018 (Cody Ford) and 2019 (Tremaine Edmunds). We’re going to start paying attention around pick 45 tonight, which would allow the Bills to move up without giving up their third-round pick.
This is your open thread for all the draft rumors you want to throw around and the picks leading up to the Buffalo Bills on the clock. Once the pick is made, we’ll have a new post on the website to discuss the second-round selection and depending on how many comments are here, we’ll start a third-round thread for your comments leading up to the next pick.
We’ve got some big boards and mock drafts for you to look through to pass the time and get better acquainted with what could happen this evening, so check those out.
