Josh Allen plans to workout in Florida with Stefon Diggs for the first time next week

Bills trainer Bert Whigham tells One Bills Live about Josh Allen’s offseason training plans

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to shut-down organized team workouts and facilities, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has found ways to get his reps in with his new teammates. Allen was in the Los Angeles, California, area this past week working out with Matt Barkley, as well as newest draft picks, Gabriel Davis, Isaiah Hodgins and Zack Moss.

During the One Bills Live radio show, Bills trainer Bert Whigham had high praises for fourth-round pick Gabriel Davis. He mentioned that Davis worked out with Bills receiver John Brown after being drafted by Buffalo. Whigham also told John Murphy and Steve Tasker that Bills quarterback Josh Allen plans to travel to the Miami area sometime next week to workout with John Brown, as well as Stefon Diggs.

Allen has made it a focus to not let the limited NFL offseason affect his chemistry with his new weapons. Allen will have his first opportunity to throw to his number one receiver, Diggs and build a relationship with him before training camp. All three rookies will benefit greatly from running through the complicated NFL playbook with their new quarterback, and other veterans.
