The Buffalo Bills and the Baltimore Ravens face off tonight to determine which team will advance to the AFC Championship Game next weekend. The winner of tonight’s game could host that game next week if the Cleveland Browns defeat the Kansas City Chiefs tomorrow.

For tonight, however, the focus will be on Orchard Park in primetime for the first time in NFL Playoff history. Buffalo earned the right to host this game via a 13-3 regular season and a tough Wild Card victory over the Indianapolis Colts. Baltimore finished 11-5 before going on the road and knocking off the Tennessee Titans last weekend.

This will be the third time that Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson have played against one another in the NFL, and the second time that they have started the game between their two teams. As rookies, both Allen and Jackson entered in the second half of Baltimore’s blowout victory in the season opener. Last season, the Ravens beat the Bills 24-17 in Orchard Park..

If the Bills want to advance to their first AFC Championship Game since January 1994, they’ll need to play a complete 60 minutes of disciplined football against one of the hottest teams in the league. If the Ravens want to advance to their first AFC Championship Game since January 2013, they’ll need to play a complete 60 minutes of disciplined football against one of the hottest teams in the league.

Two teams enter. One team advances. Your first-half open thread is here, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the game wherever you’re watching, and go Bills!
