2021 Senior Bowl preview, TV channel, and live chat

If tradition holds, at least a couple prospects you see today will be future Buffalo Bills

The premier exhibition for future NFL talent takes place today in the form of the Senior Bowl down in Mobile, Alabama. With the pandemic forcing changes to the NFL Draft process, the game—and the practices preceding it—have begun to receive even more focus. For instance, with the cancellation of the 2021 NFL Combine, this may be the only chance for the various teams to get reliable measurements for some prospects. Typically, the game features seniors and graduated juniors, all expecting to at least be (virtually) drafted. Usually the game also features a handful of prospects hoping to hear their name called on the draft’s first night. Each practice beforehand, as well as the game itself, offers NFL hopefuls the opportunity to raise their draft stock to new heights by practicing against the best-of-the-best, in front of NFL talent evaluators.

So far, it has become a trend that Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane taps at least a few players from the Senior Bowl, typically in the latter rounds. In past years, that includes players like Jaquan Johnson and Tommy Sweeney, and in the 2020 Draft it was Tyler Bass and Dane Jackson. It’s fair to say that more than a couple of the players down in Mobile will be starting their careers in Buffalo very soon. Read more about the particular standouts in the practices here.

Here’s the information for you to follow along live with the game.
