The team is down by three, fourth down, with 22 seconds left in the game. Should the Buffalo Bills have gone for it? Hosts Jamie D’Amico and Big Chris Newton are in agreement on the right way of handling that situation.
D’Amico and Newton evaluate the Bills’ performance against the Tennessee Titans, and give their thoughts on what could have turned the game in Buffalo’s favor. Big Newt leaned on his experience as a college player to talk about the technicalities he observed during Josh Allen’s attempted quarterback sneak.
D’Amico, on the other hand, felt that the second-to-last drive is what put the team in a pickle at the end of the game. But both agree that if the defense gives up 34 points it’s difficult to win the game.
The next topic of conversation was how this loss effects the season overall, and whether it changes expectations. The short answer is no. What it does, however, is reveal some of the warts of the defense that haven’t been on display so far this season.
