This weekend the Buffalo Bills will head down to Florida for their second of three trips to the Sunshine State this season to face the Jacksonville Jaguars at TIAA Bank Field.

2021 Season Summary

The Jaguars started the season 0-5, which extended their losing streak to 20 games. That 20-game losing streak was the third longest losing streak in NFL history and the longest since 1977. They broke that streak with a three-point win over the Miami Dolphins in London. They now sit at 1-6 heading into the game against the Bills.

Head Coach

Despite all of the controversy, Urban Meyer remains the head coach of the Jaguars. After a storied career as a college head coach, Meyer is in his rookie season as an NFL head coach. He is 1-6, obviously, which is good for a 0.143 W-L percentage.

Offensive Coordinator

Darell Bevell is Meyer’s OC for the Jags. He has 15 years of experience in the league as an offensive coordinator and five games as an interim head coach of the Detroit Lions. His offense is ranked 27th in points per game and 17th in yards per game.

Defensive Coordinator

Joe Cullen runs the defensive side of the ball in Jacksonville. This is his rookie season as an NFL DC. Prior to this position he served as the defensive line coach for the Baltimore Ravens for five seasons. His Jags defense is ranked 28th in points per game allowed and 26th in yards per game allowed.
