With free agency and the NFL draft just around the corner, Jamie D’Amico and Big Chris Newton take a look at the season that was, and come up with grades by position group in order to establish team needs for the Buffalo Bills going into the more active portion of the offseason.

As one would expect, the quarterback position, anchored by MVP runner up Josh Allen, scored the highest grade on the team. The wide receiver group scored well, and the hosts heaped a healthy dose of love on Cole Beasley.

There are other positions, however, that graded out substantially lower, setting up the need for new personnel. Among the possibilities to improve the team is adding the newly available, former Texans DE, J.J. Watt.

How would you rate each position group? Please post in the comments below or reach out to the hosts on Twitter at @TheJamieDamico and @Big_Newt.
