We’re less than two months away from the 2021 NFL Draft. Thanks to a successful 2020 season, general manager Brandon Beane and the rest of the team’s front office will be picking prospects much further down the draft order than usual. Now that the compensatory draft selections have been released, the NFL has officially announced the order and we know the selections that the Buffalo Bills will have at the start of the draft. Following the Stefon Diggs trade last spring, Buffalo remains in possession of seven total selections in the 2021 Draft.
The Carolina Panthers traded a conditional seventh-round pick, which turned out to be their 236rd selection, to the Bills in compensation for Marshall Newhouse back in September 2018. Given the NFL’s official announcement of the draft order, it is now confirmed that the particular conditions of the trade have been met.
Buffalo’s fourth-round pick at 134 was part of the Stefon Diggs trade. The Bills used their final pick, number 257, in the trade that sent Wyatt Teller to the Cleveland Browns.
With that necessary caveat, below is the complete list of 2021 draft picks as they currently stand:
