Highmark Stadium

Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and the Buffalo Bills have reached an agreement to put the newly rebranded health insurer’s mark on the home of the Bills. Currently details do not include the length of the deal or other terms of the contract. More details are expected at an event scheduled for Tuesday.

While the terms aren’t known, a statement by Bills’ owner Kim Pegula suggests it’ll be for the foreseeable future. Per Pegula; “We are confident that Highmark BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York is committed to maintaining their status as a healthcare and philanthropic leader in our region. We look forward to many years of working together with their team creating great memories at not only NFL football games, but at many other health and wellness events and community celebrations.”

Highmark echoed these sentiments, saying “we hope the stadium will serve as a home for health and wellness events for children, families, and our community.” Both sides appear to be touting the deal as a way to grow community participation.
