Some say NFL draft season is the most wonderful time of the year. While it may be the offseason there’s always a great deal to analyze and discuss, and that’s exactly what Jamie D’Amico and Big Chris Newton do in this week’s episode.
With the 30th overall pick in the first round, along with a roster that has few holes, Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane and the rest of the front-office staff will be taking a somewhat different approach. This year, instead of attempting to find multiple starters, the Bills will be looking to fortify depth and maybe find one or two immediate contributors.
An aspect that is covered by the hosts includes how research into players off the field influences how teams view players and where the are selected. Not to mention, the hosts make it clear that the well-known draft prognosticators are not to be trusted.
