Kansas City guard Laurent Duvernay-Tardiff is supposedly on the trade block. Should the Bills take a look at him?
He opted out last season, and broke his hand about a month ago. Reports said it’d keep him out 4-6 weeks so he should be getting back to full health soon, or might be already.
Considering the opt-out year, the injury, the fact that he’s no longer starting for the chiefs, and that he’d only be a rental, we can probably get him for really cheap. Maybe even as little as a 6-7 round pick possibly? At the very least he’d provide veteran depth at guard.
P.S. I’d love to hear y’all’s thoughts on trading for a CB, TE, or any other position as well. Kyle Fuller would be a rental from the Broncos so maybe he’d be a little cheaper because of that? Plus, they drafted Patrick Surtain, and have Ronald Darby too. I don’t think we should trade more then a 3rd rounder for anybody though, as we need to build through the draft.
