Buffalo Bills fans invade Miami ahead of Dolphins game

Matt Warren is Associate Director of NFL coverage for SB Nation and previously covered the Bills for Buffalo Rumblings for more than a decade.

Buffalo Bills fans were all over South Beach this weekend in anticipation of the team’s game against the Miami Dolphins. It was so overwhelming, some players even took videos from the team bus to share on social media.

Buffalo linebacker Andre Smith posted this on Instagram, showing the Bills Mafia Takeover, and when the busses went down the strip, Bills fans celebrated.

Buffalo restaurant owner Russ Salvatore always hosts a massive party in Miami when the Bills play. Several members of the media and fans were on hand.

Even the airlines are noticing, with a Southwest flight attendant who makes the trip from Buffalo to Miami and Fort Lauderdale talking with WKBW’s Matt Bove earlier this week.

Bills fans tend to travel well, especially to party cities. There have been some recent spectacles in Jacksonville in January of 2018, Nashville, Miami, and elsewhere.

If you’ve got pictures from the parties in Miami, make sure to share them in the comments section!
