The Buffalo Bills and the Washington Football Team are set to kick off in just around 90 minutes. Each team declared their inactives just moments ago. Only Washington had declared a player out for this contest prior to today, as defensive lineman Matt Ioannidis was ruled out on Friday due to a knee injury.
Here is the full inactive list for each team.
RB Matt Breida
After playing a role as the backup running back in Week One, Breida played only two snaps on offense last week. With Devin Singletary firmly entrenched as the top dog and Zack Moss back in action, Breida is the odd man out this week.
OT Tommy Doyle
Same bologna, different cheese for Buffalo’s fifth round draft choice this week, as fellow rookie Spencer Brown remains the active swing tackle
DE Boogie Basham
The second-round pick is inactive for the third straight game to begin his professional career.
DE Efe Obada
The veteran missed last week due to an injury, but he returned to practice in full every day this week. He has no injury designation, so this is a healthy scratch.
DT Harrison Phillips
The Bills will go with Justin Zimmer as the fourth defensive tackle for the second straight week. Star Lotulelei has dealt with a groin injury for the better part of the last week, but he’s ready to go after playing through it against the Miami Dolphins.
