Squib Kick anyone?

There is going to be much second-guessing about what the Bills did in the final 13 seconds, but whatever the other options are, they have to be much better than what the Bills defense did in actuality.

13 seconds, more than enough time we now know for Mahomes to get the Chiefs in field goal position. But why did they not consider a squib kick to take time off the clock?

Some other thoughts and observations:

- How good would this team be without Josh Allen?

- The defense is not the number one defense in the NFL. Last night, the Chiefs looked like a better defense than the Bills with the pressure applied by their defensive line. Chris Jones is a force of nature, a Pro Bowler, reminds me of Aaron Donald of the Rams, and the Bills have nobody like him on the line. Ed Oliver, Harrison Phillips, Lotulelei are above average defensive lineman.

- We drafted Boogie and Rousseau to improve the pass rush, well, that experiment has failed so far!!! AJ Espinesa is another disappointment.

- Could TreDavius White had made a difference? When he went out for the year, I thought that his absence would be the difference if we had to face the Chiefs.

- As long as Kelce, Hill, and Mahomes are together, they will always be a hinder to Bills Super Bowl aspirations.

- This one will take sometime to get over, no doubt, but offseason moves have to make an impact to improve the defensive line, both to stop the run and improve the pass rush.
