The Bills should immediately ink a new deal with Joe Brady and make him the new OC. Strip the word "interim" from his title and extend his contract. He dismantled a very strong Jets defense with superb play calling and balance. The Bills ran the football with confidence and Josh Allen looks rejuvenated. This is a no-brainer since they can't run the risk of this guy getting better offers and walking at the end of the season.
