The Bills have only two players with questionable designations heading into the game — tight end Dawson Knox (wrist) and cornerback Kaiir Elam (ankle). Head coach Sean McDermott said Knox “has a good chance” to suit up in Kansas City, while the Chiefs will be without four starters: leading rusher Isiah Pacheco (shoulder), safety Bryan Cook (ankle), tackle Donovan Smith (neck) and linebacker Drue Tranquill (concussion).
