A huge game awaits both squads

The Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs are set to square off in a huge matchup at Arrowhead Stadium. This sentence literally could have been written at any point in the last three years and we’d have been able to use it, as the Bills and the Chiefs in Kansas City are being somewhat of an institution in the modern NFL.

The Bills enter the game at 6-6, and their season doesn’t fully depend on a victory today, but a loss definitely makes things much more difficult. At 8-4, the Chiefs look to be in good shape in terms of the playoff picture, but another loss definitely hurts their chances at maintaining the AFC’s No. 1 seed for the second consecutive season.

Any time Buffalo’s Josh Allen and Kansas City’s Patrick Mahomes square off, there are sure to be no shortage of exceptional plays. Two of the league’s best quarterbacks usually make for must-see viewing, and these guys have given us plenty of highlight-reel plays over the course of their careers.

Our first-half open thread is here, friends. Make sure to be civil to one another in the comments. Toggle the comments to “oldest” for that classic game thread feel. And, most importantly, enjoy the game wherever it is that you’re watching.

Go Bills!
