Don't get me wrong, I firmly believe there is no room for even backhanded racism in the NFL but I fail to see how an unverified allegation is Josh's responsibility to speak out about. I believe Coach McDermott played this correctly. He didn't deny that Terry could have said it but instead said he had never heard that type of comment from his boss in all his time in the organization.

This article looks to paint Josh as weak or worse for failing to stand up to the owner. Seems crazy to me but does anyone else think this article is off base?
